Sharing my perspectives on an interview I conducted with a highly qualified candidate.

When asked what he could bring to my potential clients. The way he described what he could provide to potential clients wasn't grounded in his tech skills and experience, but rather his ability to interpret and translate complex business ideas into tangible outcomes, ultimately enhancing the success of a company. This response resonated with me because it demonstrates a passionate and accountable approach to accomplishing success in the mission for others.
